Coconut Milk/Cream Treatments

Today I want to discuss on coconut treatments. I haven't been doing them very long, but I can tell you my hair is speaking with a difference. Some people might find it very drying to the hair. This is why I follow up with a good deep condition and prep my hair normally as I do. I use what my hair loves to keep my balance. Whether it 's a good creme that I love that I have at hand. Or my kimmaytube cognitions that I make to balance that moisture. But my next step is to try it in a different method. You can use whatever brand you can get on hand, or a raw organic type. The first time I did this treament I tried the box version. But I find that the Goya cans suit me best for now when I want to do this type of treatment. My next step is try it out in my future mud mixes. I want to see the difference it makes and how more beneficial it can be. Sometimes doing henna treatments can be a bit drying . So some people say adding coconut milk to the mud mixes, help keep the softness to the hair. If you have no problem, with coconut or being a mixtress you can try this method. To keep The Moisture: I practice the LOC Method. Liquid, Oil, Creme I do this if I run out of my (kimmaytube mix), which you can learn to make by searching youtube. (If I dont have certain ingredients to make the mix, then the LOC Method can be used.)

Thickening your tresses

Today, I want to talk about maintaining the hair to stay strong and having thicker tresses. Well for a long time I didn't know that was so many ways we have to maintain the hair no matter if it's in the relax or natural state. I mean my main ideas was keep it clean, dry, set and style , light grease and go! I didn't know we should do hot oil treatments every so and so, let your deep condition sit or practice doing protein treatments every once a month. There so many ways to thicken and maintain your strands. So today I want to talk about Henna. What is Henna? Why do you use Henna? What is it purposes and so forth. Henna is a natural plant, that stains and dyes and also is a natural protein that fills the gaps and promotes thickness.
Why I use it?
I use it for two different purposes. I use it because it a great natural plant protein that thickens the hair. Second reason it's a natural way to dye the strands. My hair is naturally dark but when it hit the sunlight I have tints of red and sometimes I can see the tints without the sun when I look really closely. It is something you have to do overtime. But the main greatest purpose is strengthen your tresses.

***note: picture up top is a old henna session as you can see my tresses look straighter, less curl. I kind over did my session by adding alot of hibsicus powder...something I use to get the color dye release.Another is you can use other powders to your mixes. I will explain this in a next blog session**** In these pics this is my henna session I set my henna in a carrot bag and freeze it for when I will use. You can set henna overnite for dye release or you can use right away depending on the purpose of how you want to use it.
